Service Completion: Our services are delivered digitally or in written form, based on agreed timelines. Delivery times will be clearly communicated during project initiation.
Payment Terms: Full or partial payment is required to secure services and initiate project work. Payment terms are confirmed with each client at the start of a project.

Refund Policy

No Refunds: Due to the nature of our custom service, refunds are not typically provided. However, if there is an issue with the completed work, we are committed to making reasonable revisions to ensure client satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

Project Cancellations: Clients may cancel a project before service work has begun for a partial refund, minus a processing fee. Cancellations after work has started will not qualify for refunds, but we may offer credit toward future services.
