My health journey began 10 years ago, fresh out of college ready to hit the real world but instead, the real world hit me…hard. Too sick to function, as many with chronic illness are, I had to become my own health advocate and take matters into my own hands. I dove deep into the natural holistic world and boy did life change.
Chronic illness changed me. Physically it took a lot from me, but I have gained a deeper connection and love for myself along with a whole new perspective on life. Food and herbal supplements became my medicine and I learned that I DID have the power to heal myself.
As a copywriter for health and a holistic lifestyle it is my mission to use writing to reach those who need to hear it most.
